A. Our clinic is not limited to treating only patients with psychiatric disorders. We also offer consultations for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship or family issues, feeling lost or unsure of who to talk to — or even those simply seeking personal growth and a deeper understanding of their emotions. Everyone is welcome to seek support at our clinic.

A. You can click Contact Us to make an appointment with our friendly staff, who are ready to assist you. They will ask a few initial questions and provide guidance based on your needs.

B. You may choose to receive care from either a psychiatrist or a psychologist, depending on your preferences.

A. Please arrive at the clinic 5–10 minutes before your appointment time.

B. Please bring identification documents such as your ID card, driver’s license, or passport. If you have any medical records from other hospitals, clinics, or doctors, or if you are currently taking any medications (including both physical health and psychiatric medications), please bring these with you on the day of your appointment. It may be helpful to prepare a summary of your concerns, any changes in symptoms, and any questions you have before meeting with the doctor.

A. Clients will be assisted from the registration process and initial vital signs measurement, then guided to wait for their appointment in a private room.

B. The psychiatrist will enter the examination room and begin by asking comprehensive questions about your history, allowing you to share your experiences freely. The psychiatrist will listen attentively to gather detailed information.

C. During the session, a mental status evaluation will be conducted. In some cases, a physical or neurological examination may also be performed if necessary.

D. For some individuals, standardized assessment tools and questionnaires may be used to assist in diagnosis and assess symptom severity, such as depression scales, dementia screening tests, or ADHD screening questionnaires.

E. Once all information is collected, the psychiatrist will provide a preliminary diagnosis and collaboratively plan the next steps.

A. The cost varies depending on the type of service, with the first consultation typically ranging from approximately 1,000 to 2,500 THB.

B. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on factors such as the type and quantity of prescribed medication or the complexity of each case.

C. On the day of your appointment, you are welcome to discuss any concerns you have with the doctor, including questions about the fees.

A. Both types of consultations are provided directly by psychiatrists or psychologists.

B. The fees for evaluation and treatment are the same.

C. Additional shipping fees may apply if medication needs to be delivered following an online consultation.

D. In-clinic consultations are conducted with psychiatrists at our clinic located in the Plearn Place project, Hang Dong, Chiang Mai.

E. Online consultations are available nationwide via video call through Line app or other convenient channels.

All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with professional ethical standards.

A. Medication is not always necessary. Treatment depends on your symptoms, evaluation, and a collaborative plan between the psychiatrist and you.

B. Besides medication, talk therapy is also available as a treatment option.

C. Integrated treatment approaches combining different therapies may also be used.

A. To ensure convenience and timely service, placing a deposit secures your specific appointment slot with the doctor and helps minimize waiting time.

B. If you're unable to make a deposit, you may ask our staff about suitable walk-in times. However, please note that walk-in clients may need to wait 30–45 minutes if the doctor is still with a previous case. In some situations, if all appointment slots are fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate walk-ins on that day.

At present, our clinic is not yet part of those government health schemes.
